The festively dressed cattle parade along the streets of the centre with Livigno people dressed 'in the old style' to relive the emotions of rural life in the past. The Association of Livigno Chefs and Pastry Chefs will prepare a delicious lunch, with a menu consisting of recipes from the book Leina da Saor, and the day will be enlivened by music and folkloristic performances.
